The Bright Minds Institute is a Dubai-based early childhood enrichment academy that has been helping children build focus, confidence, and emotional intelligence since 2015. We are best known for our original Whole Brain Training program — a play-based methodology designed specifically for children aged 6 months to 5 years — delivered across our locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Our Story
Over a decade ago ...
The Bright Minds Institute was founded in 2015 by Anna Stranack and Rachelle Greer, two early childhood education specialists who saw a gap in the UAE market for a more holistic, brain-based approach to enrichment learning. Rather than focusing on rote memorization, they built a program around Whole Brain Training: activities that engage memory, motor skills, language, and emotional regulation together, so young children develop a strong, balanced foundation rather than a single isolated skill.
Over a decade later, that founding idea is still at the center of everything we do — now serving families in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
